Στο σεμινάριο αυτό θα βελτιώσουμε και θα συντονίσουμε τις δεξιότητες του σώματος μέσα από την επίγνωση του σώματος και του μυαλού μας. Θα ασχοληθούμε με τον αυθορμητισμό, τη δημιουργικότητα, τη σύνθεση και την αντίληψη.
Το επίκεντρο του σεμιναρίου θα είναι η κατάσταση της εγρήγορσης που κάνει το μυαλό και το σώμα έτοιμο να αντιδράσει σε όλες τις παρορμήσεις και προκλήσεις που εμφανίζονται σε μια στιγμιαία κατάσταση σύνθεσης.
Το σεμινάριο απευθύνεται σε χορευτές, ηθοποιούς, μουσικούς, τραγουδιστές, καλλιτέχνες τσίρκου, παιδαγωγούς και όσοι είναι πρόθυμοι να επικοινωνήσουν με το σώμα και να αποκωδικοποιήσουν την ποίηση της σημερινής εποχής σε συνεχή μεταμόρφωση.
Το σεμινάριο έχει διάρκεια 16 ωρών.

The workshop will be a platform to tune and improve our performing Skills. Bringing awareness to our body-mind intelligence.
The focus of the work will be on the state of alertness, the State of making our mind and body ready to react to all the impulses and challenges that appear in a instant composition situation.
The tasks and material offered will make emphasis in the active use of the imagination and intuition. Opening the perception of time, space, and form, in order to react what happens inside of us, around us and through us while we are performing. A constant dialogue, how the space surround us is been modified by our dance and how our dance modify the space. We will deal with spontaneity and creativity, composition and perception in order to make choices in a collective work, allowing us to create endless constellations on the present moment. Τo all dancers , actors, musicians, singers, circus artist , pedagogues, anyone who is eager and hungry to communicate with the body and to decode the poetry of the present time in constant metamorphosis.
After studying Physical Education, Manel Salas started his artistic career as a teacher, dancer and choreographer of Hip-Hop in Barcelona. Pretty soon he started to work in different fields including, TV commercials, films, his own pieces and dancing with different dance companies like Metros of Ramon Oller and the flamenco company Color.
Then he graduated in 2008 in Codarts, conservatory of the Rotterdam Dance Academy, Holland. He began to dance even before his Graduation in different projects and companies, such as Amy Raymond and Cobosmika dance company (Olga Cobos/Peter Mika) touring internationally.
Since then, he keeps busy dancing and teaching as a freelancer in different countries. Searching for his interest in the performing arts, he discovered and study mime, theatre, improvisation, butho, and acrobatics. Allowing him to collaborate and work in several theaters, dance companies and production whole wild as, the Chinese Paper Tiger theatre company, Julyen Hamilton, Angels Margarit, David Zambrano, Editta Braun company, Arno Schuitemaker, Vloeistof, Jasmine Morand, Oliver Dahler, among others…..
Since 2014 he is base between Spain, Switzerland and Holland articulating his own vision. Allowing him to expand, sharing Knowledge and investigating the different angles and possibilities of the performing arts. Teaching and presenting his own work internationally in China, Rusia, Spain, Holland , France and Swittzerland. And as well co- creating pieces with other artist from Europe and been part of international productions. He seeks his artistic curiosities and concerns as a constant research process in continuously transformation.
